This week we return to our series, “Good Question, Better Answer,” by considering one of the most common and troubling questions we face as believers:  "Why does a good God allow suffering?" It is a question that troubles believers and skeptics alike- and one that becomes deeply personal when pain enters our own lives.

In John 9, Jesus encounters a man born blind. His disciples ask whose sin caused the man’s suffering. Jesus’ response opens their eyes to possibilities their question had overlooked: God can reveal His goodness in human weakness, and His followers have a part to play.

Together, we will explore how the gospel can reshape our understanding of suffering, moving us toward people in pain, and giving us hope beyond our present circumstances.
