Sermon series
“Forgive us our sins.” Such a simple request. But have we considered just how audacious this prayer really is?
When Jesus teaches us to ask for forgiveness, He invites us into a life-changing way of seeing both our sin and our Savior. We learn to face our sin honestly, because God’s forgiveness is absolutely necessary. And we learn to move forward with confidence, because through Jesus Christ, His forgiveness is absolutely certain.
This assurance doesn’t minimize our sin; it frees us from being defined by it. And it transforms how we respond when others hurt us. Now, we can forgive based not on what others have done to us, but on what God has done for us.
Join us this week for "Approach - Part 5: forgive Us Our Sins" and discover the freedom of being forgiven - and forgiving. See you Sunday!

Genesis isn’t just an ancient history lesson- it is the ultimate story of beginnings.
It’s where we find the foundational truths of who God is and who we are to Him. Whether you joined us last Spring or are coming for the very first time, we would love for you to join us as we pick back up in our study on the Book of Genesis!
We are jumping right into Chapter 11, which serves as a major turning point in the Bible-moving from the global history of the Tower of Babel right into the personal, intimate story of Abraham and his family. The Precept Workbook is required.
