We'd love to meet you.
Valley View Chapel is committed to ENJOYING the grace of God that is ours through Jesus' love and sacrifice, SHARING that same grace and love with others, and INVESTING our lives, talents, passions and resources in our community so that the great news of Jesus goes far and wide to bring God's ways into our world.
If you're visiting for the first time, we'd like to meet you and give you a gift bag, but we won't make you stand up, wave, or do anything weird. We're just glad to see you and welcome you. We're pretty sure you'll laugh more than you might in other churches, because although we're serious about Jesus, we don't take ourselves too seriously. Actually, we think people who know Jesus should be the most fun to be around! (Oh, and we NEVER ask or expect visitors to put money in the offering at the end of the gathering! Your presence is your gift to us.)
WE ARE CURRENTLY HOLDING INDOOR SERVICES AT 10:00 A.M. ON SUNDAYS AS WELL AS ONLINE BIBLE STUDIES. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Where are you located?
We are located at 115 E. Mill Road (Route 24) in Long Valley, directly across from Ort Farm, approximately 3.4 miles west of US 206 in Chester.
How are you addressing Covid?
We want you and your loved ones to feel safe and comfortable at Valley View. Inside the building, we require everyone to properly wear masks and to maintain social distance guidelines. Our chairs are spread out to accommodate 6 feet between household groups. We are limiting the number of people in each room according to current state guidelines. We have hand sanitizer stations and disposable masks available at every entrance. We have partitions set up to help direct the flow of traffic safely in the building. And we have enhanced our cleaning procedures to disinfect all highly-touched surfaces on a weekly basis.
That said, we know some still prefer not to be indoors with other household groups right now, and others are uncomfortable wearing masks. That's why we stream our services live on Facebook. You can also find the service video recorded on YouTube, or you can listen along at your convenience.
Where do I park and where do I go?
When you arrive at our chapel, you will see signs directing you to our Main Entrance (in the Family Life Center), which is on the far side of the building away from the street. You will find a special section of parking spaces that have been reserved for our guests. These spaces are located close to provide easy access to our entrances.
You'll notice the newer tan section of our building--the Family Life Center--with green gabled double doors. That is our main entrance. This is where our services are held, as well as many other events. Our church offices, Kid Zone, and Youth Center are located in the older white section of our building, but are accessible through the main entrance.
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably. On a Sunday morning at Valley View, you'll find anything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual. We care more about meeting you than about what you'll wear.Accessibility
You will find accessible parking on both the northern (street side) and southern (far side) of our chapel. The northern side parking (turn right directly after entering the parking lot) provides a ramped entrance. The southern side parking is accessible by crossing the bridge into our church offices. Once inside, turn left, and you will find an elevator at the end of the hallway. Please note that the office door is locked after a service has started, but the main entrances on both sides of the building will remain open.
