Jeff Quinn has over twenty years of pastoral experience. Prior to joining the team at Valley View, Jeff served as an administrator and faculty member at Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary where he taught courses in Pastoral Ministries. He has a bachelor's degree from Nyack College, a Masters of Arts and Masters of Education degree from Columbia University in New York City, and he is enrolled in the Doctorate of Ministry program at Alliance Theological Seminary. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Darlene, with whom he shares three grown children and a growing number of grandchildren. 

Joshua has worked in youth ministry since 2006 and is very excited to be part of the family and pastoral staff at Valley View. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, having studied Human Services and Bible. In addition to his years spent working in student ministries, Joshua has also spent many years working in the social service field, advocating for youth involved in the legal system as well as advocating and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He is joined at the church by his three beautiful daughters. Joshua and his girls love spending time outside exploring the woods with their dog or snuggling on the couch watching a sci-fi movie with a giant cup of coffee in hand. Joshua has a real passion for bringing the message of Jesus' love and truth to teens. He found the same love himself at 13 in a youth group in Mendham, NJ. There is such a small window of opportunity for teens to find their niche, and Pastor Joshua is very excited to help them discover God's loving embrace. 

Victoria is thrilled to serve as the Office Manager for Valley View Chapel and has truly enjoyed getting to know everyone. She’s been deeply touched by the kindness and warmth of the community and loves seeing their servant hearts in action. She has been an office manager for the last 10 years in various sectors.
When she’s not in the office, Victoria cherishes time with her family and friends. She is happily married to her husband, Matt, and together they have four energetic young boys. Whether it's cheering them on from the sidelines at sports fields or courts, or enjoying family time together, Victoria’s life is always filled with love, laughter, and activity.
