Jeff Quinn

LEAD PASTOR

 Jeff Quinn has over twenty years of pastoral experience. Prior to joining the team at Valley View, Jeff served as an administrator and faculty member at Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary where he taught courses in Pastoral Ministries. He has a bachelor's degree from Nyack College, a Masters of Arts and Masters of Education degree from Columbia University in New York City, and he is enrolled in the Doctorate of Ministry program at Alliance Theological Seminary. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Darlene, with whom he shares three grown children and a growing number of grandchildren.

Joshua Mannix

YOUTH PASTOR

Joshua has worked in youth ministry since 2006 and is very excited to be part of the family and pastoral staff at Valley View. He is a graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University, having studied Human Services and Bible. In addition to his years spent working in student ministries, Joshua has also spent many years working in the social service field advocating for youth involved in the legal system as well as advocating and supporting individuals with intellectural and developmental disabilities. He is joined at the church by his three beautiful daughters. Joshua and his girls love spending time outside exploring the woods with their dog or snuggling on the couch watching a sci-fi movie with a giant cup of coffee in hand. Joshua has a real passion for bringing the message of Jesus' love and truth to teens. He found the same love himself at 13 in a youth group in Mendham, NJ. There is such a small window of opportunity for teens to find their niche, and Pastor Joshua is very excited to help them discover God's loving embrace.

Victoria Grogaard

OFFICE MANAGER

Victoria has had the pleasure of serving as the office manager at Valley View Chapel since November 2024, and it has truly been a dream come true. She is loving getting to know everyone here and witnessing the incredible servant hearts of the community.

Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Ramapo College, where she graduated in 2011. She currently resides in Hackettstown, NJ with her husband and their four energetic young boys. Most of her free time is spent on a field or court, cheering them on in their various sports, but she also enjoys reading, interior design, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Mike Sweeney

TREASURER

Mike has been serving as treasurer for Valley View Chapel since 2015. His previous work included 22 years in the corporate world as a senior director of worldwide business planning. Since 2000, he has been a self-employed accountant. Mike has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Fordham University and a Master's degree in Finance from Pace University. He has been married to his lovely wife, Christine, since 1988, and they have two adult children.
